Body shack can design an individual training and nutritional plan to suit your desired goal. Ladies fitness is an area we specialise in.
Unlike some personal training approaches, most of our plans have been designed to work for "real" people who lead hectic lives and are not necessarily fitness fanatics. This means people who enjoy their food, love a good night out from time to time and don't want to exercise to the extreme in order to get results.
