Nutrition is the key to success on any fitness program, particularly a muscle-building program.

Each of our pre-set muscle-building nutrition plans are designed to promote lean muscle growth whilst restricting fat gain.

In the fitness world it is widely recognised that compound exercises stimulate the largest amount of muscle fibres. Compound exercises therefore provide the backbone of our muscle-building programs.

The programs incorporate supersets which means you can get a lot of muscle-building work done in a short space of time.

The 16-week program is divided into different phases. The reason for this is to ensure that your body keeps adapting and prevents you hitting any muscle-gain plateaus.

It also keeps your workouts ‘fresh and interesting'.

We also include a 2 week beginner phase for those new to weight training. This conditioning stage is crucial to your success. 

This final component is one that no-one seems to pay much attention to these days which probably explains why most people never achieve the results they expect to achieve.

When you leave home in your car how do you expect to arrive at your destination if you do not have your route planned out?

In the ‘Getting Started' section of our training plans we guide you, and work together to create your daily schedules.

Basically, you will know precisely what you are supposed to be doing and eating from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed.
